Who to contact
This notice describes personal information used to operate the Pokehuna store. Contact support@pokehuna.com for privacy questions or requests. Our trading name and business contact address are on the seller information page. The individual operator’s full legal identity has not yet been published.
Information we use
- Account information, including your email address and sign-in records, to provide and secure your account.
- Order items, quantities, prices, delivery name and address, and contact information to review, fulfil and support your order.
- Payment-method requests, your confirmed country or bank country, payment references, transaction IDs, received amounts and verification records to provide instructions and reconcile payments.
- Courier and tracking information to arrange delivery and show shipment updates.
- Support correspondence, return requests, photos you provide and voluntary feedback to resolve questions and improve service.
- Technical and administrative records, such as connection information and order-change logs, to operate the site, prevent misuse and investigate problems.
We receive information from you and from the account, payment and delivery services involved in your order. You must provide the information needed to identify, pay for and deliver an order; without it, we may be unable to provide that service.
Why we process information
We use order and account information to take steps you request before a purchase and perform the resulting order. We also use relevant records to meet applicable legal and accounting duties, and for our legitimate interests in securing the store, preventing fraud and resolving disputes, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for an optional use, we will request it separately; you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Services involved in your order
Vercel hosts the storefront; Supabase provides account and order storage; Resend sends account and order emails; and Hostinger Mail handles support correspondence. Your delivery information is shared with the selected courier, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx or EMS, as needed to deliver your order.
Bitcoin pricing uses Coinbase exchange-rate information, and submitted Bitcoin transaction IDs are checked through Blockstream. Bank, ETH and USDT receipts are reviewed manually. Blockchain transactions are public records that Pokehuna cannot erase. Stripe card processing is not connected at present.
These providers and delivery services may process information outside your country. Processing locations and transfer arrangements depend on the service used. Contact support for information about the providers involved in your order. We may also disclose relevant records where required by law or necessary to address fraud or a legal claim.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses sign-in cookies to maintain your session. Your cart’s selected products and quantities are stored in your browser’s local storage. Clearing that storage may remove your cart or sign you out. This storefront currently has no advertising-pixel or marketing-analytics integration in its application code.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose of the record: managing an active account, completing an order or return, resolving a support issue or dispute, maintaining security, and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations. Deletion requests are assessed against those needs; some transaction records may need to remain after an account is closed. Ask support about the records relevant to your account and any retention restriction.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, or object to certain processing. Email support with the nature of your request. We may verify your identity and will explain any applicable restriction. Never email passwords, complete card details, wallet recovery phrases or private keys.
You may raise a concern with your local privacy regulator, including Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission, the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office, or the data protection authority in your EU country, as applicable.
Feedback and updates
Customer feedback is sent privately and is not automatically published. We request permission and a preferred display name before publication. We will update this notice when the store’s information practices change and show the revision date above.
