Store terms

About the store
Pokehuna is the store’s trading name. We sell trading-card products to retail and wholesale customers and ship from Japan. Our current contact details are on the seller information page. For questions about these terms, email support@pokehuna.com.
Products, prices and quantities
Review the product name, language, edition, unit price and minimum order quantity before submitting an order. Prices are displayed in USD. Select whole-unit quantities at or above the minimum shown for your retail or wholesale purchase. Product images illustrate the listing; check the written product details and ask support about anything unclear.
Catalog availability must be confirmed for each order. A listing is not a promise of an unlimited quantity. We will explain any availability or pricing correction before requesting payment, so you can decide whether to proceed.
Order requests and confirmation
Submitting checkout sends an order request for review. An order-received email does not mean payment has been taken or a shipment booked. We review availability, delivery details and the final total before requesting payment. Review that confirmation before paying and contact support if anything is incorrect.
Keep your account secure and provide accurate contact and delivery details. Contact us promptly about changes; corrections may no longer be possible after dispatch.
Payment methods and verification
Payment is due before dispatch, after availability and final cost confirmation. Follow the amount and deadline in your payment instructions. If no deadline is clear, contact support before paying.
- Bitcoin: use the exact amount and expiry shown on your signed-in order page. A submitted transaction ID is a claim for review, not proof of payment.
- Bank transfer: confirm the country of the bank you will pay from and request instructions on your order page. Support will confirm the available transfer option and receiving details by email.
- ETH and USDT: request instructions by email through your order page. Confirm the asset, network, receiving address and amount before sending. ETH uses Ethereum mainnet; USDT instructions are for Tron (TRC-20).
- Card / Stripe: Stripe is not connected. A card request only notifies us of your preference and does not charge a card.
Bank and cryptocurrency transfers require verification of received funds. Partial, late, excess or incorrectly routed payments require reconciliation; contact support before sending another payment. Do not send funds solely because you submitted an order or payment-method request. Never email card numbers, passwords or wallet recovery phrases.
Shipping and delivery
For supported destinations, standard shipping is $30 per order and express shipping is $70, for both retail and wholesale orders. Orders ship from Japan using DHL, UPS, FedEx or EMS. Estimated transit is about 5 business days for standard and 2–3 business days for express, counted after dispatch.
Dispatch timing is confirmed for your order; preorder release dates, customs and carrier delays can affect arrival. Transit estimates are not a dispatch deadline. Destination import duties or taxes may be payable separately. Check the final order total and the shipping policy before payment. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact support promptly to request cancellation or report damaged, incorrect or missing items. We check payment and dispatch status before confirming available changes.
Request a return within 15 business days after delivery. We accept unopened, sealed change-of-mind returns and cover approved return shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns except where required by law. Contact support before returning goods.
Approved refunds are issued within 15 business days after receipt and inspection, or sooner where required by law. Bitcoin refunds use the approved USD refund value converted to BTC at the rate used when issuing the refund. For bank, ETH or USDT payments, contact support to confirm the refund method and any conversion details; these terms do not impose an unconfirmed conversion rate or waive your rights. See the returns and refunds policy for full details.
Privacy and your rights
Our privacy policy explains how we handle account, order, payment and delivery information. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies. If there is a problem, contact support with your order number so we can investigate.
Updates to these terms will show a new revision date. Changes do not remove rights relating to an existing order.
