Shipping & delivery
All Pokehuna orders ship from Japan. We use DHL, UPS, FedEx and Japan Post EMS. The available service depends on your destination and parcel.
Standard shipping is $30 USD per order. Express shipping is $70 USD per order, including the $40 express upgrade.

Parcel weight & wholesale orders
The same per-order rates apply to retail and wholesale orders in supported destinations. Availability and the final total are confirmed before payment.
Delivery after dispatch
Standard: approximately 5 business days after dispatch.
Express: approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch, for an additional $40 USD per order.
Transit estimates exclude order processing and customs delays. Dispatch timing is confirmed during order review; preorders depend on release availability.
Import charges
Destination duties, taxes and clearance charges may be payable separately. Orders require accurate commercial documentation.

Keep packaging and photograph any damage or missing contents. Email support@pokehuna.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
