A carrier tracking number is needed after dispatch. If you only have an order number, ask Pokehuna for your shipment’s carrier and tracking number.

No updates showing?

Check the number and selected carrier. A newly created label may not show movement until the carrier has scanned the parcel.

When should it arrive?

Standard delivery is approximately 5 business days after dispatch; express is approximately 2–3. Customs delays can extend these estimates.
